While it's been almost 2 months since the last update, Provision has been very hard at work
having performed their last 3 shows alongside Assemblage 23, Anything Box,
and Christopher Anton (Information Society).
The Spring of 2010 features Provision performing a new live set, featuring songs from all 3 of Provision's
albums, along with brand new unreleased tracks; and the world premiere of the title track from
Provision's upcoming 4th album "Paradigm Shift".
Those who attended these last 3 performances were also treated to special guest appearances by
Alex Virlios (CTRL) and Christopher Anton (Information Society).
Breye, Jen, and Matt have spent the last few weeks preparing for their upcoming 100th Live Performance in
Dallas, Texas next Saturday; and they truly hope to see the fans out for this special celebration.

Next Saturday May 29th 2010 - K2 Entertainment LLC. presents: Provision's 100th Live Performance!!
Provision is truly honored to finally return to Dallas, Texas
for their 100th live performance. Provision will be re-united with their old friends
Except Europa, and it will be their first time to perform with Dallas, Texas own - Grassfight.
For those who were there in 2001 when Provision first began performing live, you may have
been lucky enough to see Except Europa & Provision sharing stages across Texas. Except Europa
was on hiatus for a few years, just as Provision was from 2007 to 2009. But both bands are back,
and finally return to share the stage for Provision's 100th live show!!
This reunion will be bittersweet for Provision, as their very first live show was in Dallas with Except Europa.
Provision will be performing an exclusive set with songs from all 3 of their albums, brand new songs from
their upcoming 4th album; and the world premiere of "Behind Your Disguise" from their 3rd album The
Consequence.
This event promises to be a night to remember, and the band is super excited to
return to the Dallas area for their 100th live performance.

On Saturday June 12th 2010 - San Antonio Promoter and DJ - Hans 242 is presenting his
Summer Solstice Fest @ The Thirsty Camel - featuring Provision "live" and for the first time on stage
together since 2006 - DJ Hans 242 and DJ Kauz.
Provision will be performing a few exclusive tracks for this show that haven't been played live since 2003,
and there will be brand new Provision merch available for the very first time at this event!

Breye Jen, and Matt have been hard at work rehearsing the songs they'll be performing for their 100th
live show in Dallas, and the shows they'll be doing throughout the summer of 2010. This is one of the best
years in the history of Provision to see the band live, with the group performing some of their best songs

Provision is currently working on an exclusive L.P. release, coming out later this year,
and they will enter the studio to begin recording their 4th album this summer.

A short but informative update!!
Tomorrow kicks off a regional tour for Provision as the band performs in Tulsa, OK with Assemblage 23,
then back to Houston, TX with Anything Box, and then on to San Antonio, TX with Christopher Anton
(Information Society).
Breye, Jen, and Matt will be playing some classic tracks from the Provision catalog that haven't been
performed since 2003. Provision will be joined on stage in Houston at the "Oblivion" event featuring
Anything Box, by former Provision member Alex Virlios (CTRL) for a few songs, and a special guest musician
from one of Synthpop's most famous acts of all time!
Provision will also world premier the title track to their upcoming 4th album at these next 3 live shows.
The upcoming album is titled "Paradigm Shift", and features lyrics completely written by Matt Willis of
Provision. The band is very excited to start performing "Paradigm Shift", with classic Provision Synthpop
tracks that haven't been played in almost 7 years; and other brand new tracks that are quickly becoming
favorites such as "Waiting" and "Love Like Machinery".

Show #96 Recap - Austin, Texas
Breye, Jen, and Matt would like to send a huge thanks to Gil and the Austin Cyberpunks Coalition for being
the crew to finally bring Provision back to Austin, TX on Friday March 5th 2010.
It was the return show for Jen Kiser (Jen Foxx) and those in attendance saw first hand, her incredible skills
as our new lead keyboardist. Rhythm keyboardist and backing vocalist Matt Willis (Splendor Projekt) put on a
killer performance as always, and those who were there know how much he rocks!! Provision was honored
to have former Provision bassist Carlos Covarrubias assisting them on crew and merch, and former
Provision keyboardist and vocalist Alex Virlios (CTRL) jumping on stage to and singing with Breye
and Matt on Intruder.
The band would like to send thanks to Shervin (DJ Synthmaster) Reagan from IRIS, Ben Londa from EXIT,
Steve (DJ Prophet), Virus Filter, Angels on Acid, END the DJ, all of the fans that came out; as well as the new
ones they met. And last but certainly not least Club Encore for hosting the event. It was in the bands opinion,
their most incredible show yet, and they couldn't have wished for a better return to Austin, TX.
Provision unable to perform at "SynthXSW II" this year in Austin, TX
Due to circumstances beyond their control, Provision had to drop off the bill for
"SynthXSW II" in Austin, Texas on Tuesday, March 16th 2010.
Provision was very excited to be sharing the stage again with Christopher Anton,
and looking forward to seeing and meeting Exit, Carbon Theory, and Dj Gondra.
The band hopes that all of you will still turn out and support this event and have great time
out for this night of Live Electronic Music.
A huge thanks goes out to Donna Jean for getting Provision on the bill and for all of her support.
Breye, Matt, and Jen are all truly saddened they couldn't be on the bill, and know they will be missing
an incredible night.

After kicking the Angels on Acid show off with a bang in Austin, Gil and The Austin Cyberpunks Coalition

2-12-2010 Official Update
This is the first Official update of the new year.
The band hopes everyone is having a great 2010 so far.
In the first 2 months of the new decade, Provision has faced yet another Tragedy
and an unforeseen blessing as well.
Provision is booking multiple upcoming live performances, and 2010 promises
to be a busy year for the band on the live front with upcoming shows supporting Angels On Acid,
Christopher Anton, Assemblage 23, and more to come.
Provision will also be going into the studio this spring to record their yet to be named 4th album.
There's a ton going on at Red Square Digital, and there seems to be no slowing down for Provision
this year.
With that said, please read on and enjoy!!
Tragedy in January
On January 16th 2010, Provision lost it's drummer and backing vocalist - Joel Schafer (Joel 313).
Joel Schafer stated in a goodbye letter to Breye and Matt that he was simply "calling it quits" and officially
leaving the band. As there was no falling out, nor warnings of Joel's impending departure or problems within
the group. The remaining members Breye 7x and Matt W. can only assume by his exact wording; that this
means Joel will no longer be pursuing music in his life.
The loss that Breye and Matt have felt is truly heartbreaking, and it will be quite sometime before they
recover as this is a personal tragedy; and not just one that affects the band and it's future.
Breye and Matt want the fans to know the decision to move forward was without question.
Rehearsals for 2010 have continued forward, with more determination than ever to stay the course;
no matter what new obstacles the band may face.
Breye and Matt both wish Joel the best in life, and know that Provision truly couldn't have made
a comeback without Joel's belief in the group; and his dedication to the music in 2009.
Provision in Austin, Texas
After 4 long years, Gil of The Austin Cyberpunks Coalition owns the distinct honor
of being the man to bring Provision back to Austin, Texas.
Provision will be performing live on Friday, March 5th 2010 supporting Angels on Acid and END the DJ on
their current U.S. Tour. Other regional support includes Virus Filter from Harlingen, Texas and DJ's Juxtatek
and Prophet from Austin.
SynthXSW II - Austin, Texas
For those attending SXSW in Austin, Texas this year in March.
Provision will be performing at SynthXSW II.
Also confirmed on the bill is Christopher Anton (Information Society) and more great acts to follow.
This is the 2nd year of this electronic music showcase, and for those who love
Electro, Synthpop, and Dance music; you do not want to miss this event.
This is a FREE Show and Provision kicks the event off at 8:00 pm sharp, so you will need to get
there early to catch Provision; as they get the party started on 6th Street at The Dirty Dog Bar.
Jen Kiser (aka: Jen Foxx) Returns!!!
In what can only be described as a true blessing for the band, and the look of things to come;
former Provision member Jen Foxx (aka: Varien Foxx) has returned to Provision.
Now known as Jen Kiser (aka: Skully), Jen holds the current longest tenure in the group behind founding
member Breye 7x. Jen became a live member right before the Visualize U.S. Tour in 2004, and she has been
a contributing member since 2005. Her production credits include Provision's 3rd album The Consequence
and it's Dual Single Ideal Warfare. Her songs Ideal and Defying Culture have been heard the world over, and
her current writing credits include the new Provision tracks - Love Like Machinery, Waiting, and Give Me
Time.
Having already written lyrics for half of the new songs being performed by Provision in 2009,
Jen's return as a full time member was imminent. Breye and Matt are nothing short of thrilled to have Jen
officially return to the group, and hope the fans will welcome her back at upcoming shows.

After 5 long years, RE:MISSION Entertainment is bringing Provision back to Oklahoma
on April 7th 2010 to support Assemblage 23 on their upcoming U.S. Tour.
Provision is honored to be sharing the stage with Tom Shear once again, and looks forward to
meeting many new fans; as well as seeing their Oklahoma friends and the fans who have
continued to support Provision in Oklahoma.

In just a few short weeks Provision will finally return to Tulsa, Oklahoma to support their good friends
Assemblage 23 on their current U.S. Tour, and then return home to perform at Numbers with Anything Box

2-17-2010 Official Update
This is a quick update to announce that Provision will once again be performing at
Numbers in Houston, Texas with one of the greatest Synthpop bands ever - Anything Box.

2-12-2010 Official Update
This is the first Official update of the new year.
The band hopes everyone is having a great 2010 so far.
In the first 2 months of the new decade, Provision has faced yet another Tragedy
and an unforeseen blessing as well.
Provision is booking multiple upcoming live performances, and 2010 promises
to be a busy year for the band on the live front with upcoming shows supporting Angels On Acid,
Christopher Anton, Assemblage 23, and more to come.
Provision will also be going into the studio this spring to record their yet to be named 4th album.
There's a ton going on at Red Square Digital, and there seems to be no slowing down for Provision
this year.
With that said, please read on and enjoy!!
Tragedy in January
On January 16th 2010, Provision lost it's drummer and backing vocalist - Joel Schafer (Joel 313).
Joel Schafer stated in a goodbye letter to Breye and Matt that he was simply "calling it quits" and officially
leaving the band. As there was no falling out, nor warnings of Joel's impending departure or problems within
the group. The remaining members Breye 7x and Matt W. can only assume by his exact wording; that this
means Joel will no longer be pursuing music in his life.
The loss that Breye and Matt have felt is truly heartbreaking, and it will be quite sometime before they
recover as this is a personal tragedy; and not just one that affects the band and it's future.
Breye and Matt want the fans to know the decision to move forward was without question.
Rehearsals for 2010 have continued forward, with more determination than ever to stay the course;
no matter what new obstacles the band may face.
Breye and Matt both wish Joel the best in life, and know that Provision truly couldn't have made
a comeback without Joel's belief in the group; and his dedication to the music in 2009.
Provision in Austin, Texas
After 4 long years, Gil of The Austin Cyberpunks Coalition owns the distinct honor
of being the man to bring Provision back to Austin, Texas.
Provision will be performing live on Friday, March 5th 2010 supporting Angels on Acid and END the DJ on
their current U.S. Tour. Other regional support includes Virus Filter from Harlingen, Texas and DJ's Juxtatek
and Prophet from Austin.
SynthXSW II - Austin, Texas
For those attending SXSW in Austin, Texas this year in March.
Provision will be performing at SynthXSW II.
Also confirmed on the bill is Christopher Anton (Information Society) and more great acts to follow.
This is the 2nd year of this electronic music showcase, and for those who love
Electro, Synthpop, and Dance music; you do not want to miss this event.
This is a FREE Show and Provision kicks the event off at 8:00 pm sharp, so you will need to get
there early to catch Provision; as they get the party started on 6th Street at The Dirty Dog Bar.
Jen Kiser (aka: Jen Foxx) Returns!!!
In what can only be described as a true blessing for the band, and the look of things to come;
former Provision member Jen Foxx (aka: Varien Foxx) has returned to Provision.
Now known as Jen Kiser (aka: Skully), Jen holds the current longest tenure in the group behind founding
member Breye 7x. Jen became a live member right before the Visualize U.S. Tour in 2004, and she has been
a contributing member since 2005. Her production credits include Provision's 3rd album The Consequence
and it's Dual Single Ideal Warfare. Her songs Ideal and Defying Culture have been heard the world over, and
her current writing credits include the new Provision tracks - Love Like Machinery, Waiting, and Give Me
Time.
Having already written lyrics for half of the new songs being performed by Provision in 2009,
Jen's return as a full time member was imminent. Breye and Matt are nothing short of thrilled to have Jen
officially return to the group, and hope the fans will welcome her back at upcoming shows.

Provision returns to Oklahoma
After 5 long years, RE:MISSION Entertainment is bringing Provision back to Oklahoma
on April 7th 2010 to support Assemblage 23 on their upcoming U.S. Tour.
Provision is honored to be sharing the stage with Tom Shear once again, and looks forward to
meeting many new fans; as well as seeing their Oklahoma friends and the fans who have
continued to support Provision in Oklahoma.
Other acts on the bill include Angel Theory and Bedlam Emotion.

In Closing
The band is currently booking more shows and should have some really great announcements
